ConversationPriority: There is an error when firstly open the script file in ConversationPriority.ssmssqlproj on DEU and JPN platform

description

Environment:

  1. Windows 2003 ENT DEU or JPN
  2. Katmai ENU 10.0.1075.03
  3. Sample Build CTP5 70927
  4. Whidbey 8.0.50727.42
     

Repro Steps:

  1. Open the project file “ConversationPriority.ssmssqlproj” in the sample folder .
  2. Open the script file of Queries in the Solution Explorer at the first time.
     

Expectations:

Open the script file without error.
 

Actual Results:

Failed to open the script file with the error, please see the attached file.
